Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

1.
New image - 750 x 550
Using your circle preset shape (set it to Oval) - color: black
Draw out a circle - see my tag for reference
Add dropshadow
I used:
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 45
Blur - 6.00
color: black

Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify
Contract by 5
Add a new raster layer
In your material pallette, find your silver gradient (comes with all psp versions)
Flood fill the new layer with this gradient
Selections - Select None

Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform - 55%
Monochrome: checked
Add dropshadow (same as before)

2.
Make sure the silver circle layer is active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify
Contract by 5% again
Add a new raster layer
In your Material Pallette, add white & #afce36
Go to your gradient tab and choose "Foreground-Background"
it should be a gradient using the two colors you just added.
Angle: 43
Repeats : 2
Invert: unchecked
Style: Linear
Now floodfill your new raster layer with that gradient .
Selections - Select None.
Add dropshadow (same as before)

Foreground & Stroke Properties: white
Background & Fill Properties: transparent
Line style: Diamond
Width: 2.00
Draw a circle just a bit smaller than the gradient circle
(see my tag for reference, if needed)
Add dropshadow (same as before)

Now using the color #d90000 draw a smaller circle
Objects - Align
Centre in Canvas
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform - 35%
Monochrome: checked
Add dropshadow (same as before)

3.
Using color black, set your circle preset shape tool to circle instead of oval.
Draw out a small black circle to the left of the canvas
(see my tag for reference)
Effects
Texture Effects
Blinds
Width: 2
Opacity: 14
Color: white
Horizontal: checked
Light from Left/Top: checked

Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify
Contrast by 9%
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with the silver gradient used earlier.
Selections - Select None
Now keep that layer active
Repeat the same steps, except contrast by 5%
Floodfill with the green & white gradient we used earlier on.
Do not add dropshadow yet.

Open up the tube you are using.
Paste it over top of the top circle layer you just made.
Add dropshadow to the tube.
Duplicate it, and click on the bottom tube layer.
Adjust
Blur
Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Now click on the top tube layer and change the blend mode to 'Screen'

Now click on the circle layer again.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your blurred tube layer and hit the delete key
Click on the top tube layer and again, hit the delete key.
Now add dropshadow to all of your circle layers.
Hide all of your layers except the small circle layers and the tubes.
Layers
Merge - Merge Visible
Unhide the other layers now.

Duplicate the small circles merged layer
Image - Mirror and place it where you want it to the right of the canvas

4.
Open up the disco ball from the scrap kit
Resize it and place it beneath the circles/tube layer to the right.
Add dropshadow.

Using your rectangle preset shape, draw out two thin rectangles, color: #d90000
just above each circle layer
(see my tag for reference)

Open up the ipod in psp.
Paste part of your tube over top of this layer & place it where you want it
Add dropshadow to the tube
Click on the green square layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on the tube layer, and hit the delete key
Selections - Select None
Now, change your blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Lower the opacity of the tube to 40%

Edit - Copy Merged
Then paste the ipod to the tag canvas.
Place it where you want it, add dropshadow if you like.
i typed the word loading... on the screen. (i used Arial font)
Now paste your full tube to your canvas , add dropshadow .

5.
Open the skull from the scrap kit
Resize to fit on tag and place where you want it.
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform: checked 35%
add dropshadow.

Add the music notes provided in supplies.
Resize and add to tag where you want them & add dropshadow.

Open the pattern i supplied in supplies.
Using the circle preset shape, draw out a circle using the pattern.
Right click on the layer
Arrange
Send to Bottom and place to the left of the tag at the top
Add dropshadow
(see my tag for reference)
Duplicate it, and place the 2nd one to the right near the bottom .

Using color: black, in Foreground & Stroke Properties
Background & Fill Properties: transparent
Line style: Diamond
Width: 2.00
Draw out some circles and place them randomly around tag.
( i drew three, see my tag for reference)

Using Copperplate Gothic font, type your text on the tag.

6.
Add a new raster layer again.
Right click the layer
Arrange
Send to Bottom
Floodfill the layer with the color #d90000
Right click that layer
New Mask Layer
New Image
Find the mask in the dropdown
Source Luminance: checked
Invert mask data: unchecked
click ok
Layers
Merge - Merge Group
Resize your mask by 80% and place it to the right of your tag
Duplicate it
Image - Mirror
i also duplicated it and flipped it, then duplicated and mirrored again so theyre on bottom as well.
Depends on your preference tho with your tag and size of it.

Open the wordart by Yvette, and paste the star one on..
If its not at the bottom, send it to the bottom layer so its beneath everything.
Using your star preset shape, draw some small black stars in random places.

Now add your watermark & name.
All finished :-)
