Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
New Image - 750 x 550
Using your circle preset shape - draw the first circle (biggest one) - color: black
Add dropshadow
I used:
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 45
Blur - 6.00
color: black
Using your circle shape again, color - white, draw another circle slightly smaller than the first.
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform: checked 55%
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Now using circle shape again, color - black, draw another circle slightly smaller than the last one.
In your material pallette, using your dropper tool, click on Foreground and Stroke Properties.
Change it to the color white, if it isn't already.
In the upperhand right corner, click on Textures so it's ticked.
Then in the dropdown right beneath it, find "grid" .
Angle: 0
Scale: 60
Now make sure your smallest black circle layer is active.
Selections - All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Click on your floodfill tool and fill the selection using your grid texture.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Now, untick the texture so your full color is showing again.
Click on Background/Fill Properties and change it to the color #ff6f0e
Foreground/Stroke Properties should still be white.
Go to your gradient tab and choose "Foreground-Background"
Angle: 43
Repeats: 2
Invert: unchecked
Style: Linear
Using your circle preset shape again, draw out another circle , slightly smaller than the last.
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform: checked 35%
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Now one more time, using just the color #ff6f0e, draw one last circle, slightly smaller than the last.
Do not add dropshadow yet to this one.
Grab the closeup of your tube and paste it over top of the circle you just made.
Add dropshadow to the tube.
Duplicate it, and click on the bottom tube layer.
Adjust
Blur
Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Now click on the top tube layer and change the blend mode to 'Screen'
Now click on the circle layer again.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your blurred tube layer and hit the delete key
Click on the top tube layer and again, hit the delete key.
Now hide all layers except the 2 tube layers and the smallest circle.
Make sure one of those three layers is the active layer.

Merge
Merge Visible
Now add your dropshadow (same as before)
2.
Still using the circle preset shape, we're going to make one last circle.
the small dotted circle for the outline of the circles we've made.
Set your line style to diamond
width set to : 2.00
In your material pallette, use the color black in the Foreground/Stroke Properties
Background & Fill : transparent
Now draw the dotted circle so that it outlines the largest circle you've made just by a bit.
(see my tag for reference, if needed)
Add dropshadow (same as before) Right click the dotted circle layer
Arrange
Send to bottom
Now this layer should be beneath all the other layers.
Keep that dotted circle layer active.
Using your rectangle shape tool, color #ff6f0e
Draw out 3 rectangles so they go beneath the circle layers
(but over top of the dotted circle layer)
Place them one under the other, like mine
Hide all of your layers except the rectangle layers
Make sure that one of the rectangles layers are your active layer.
Layers
Merge
Merge Visible
Now unhide the rest of your layers again.
Grab the closeup of your tube again, and paste it over top of your rectangles layer
just over to one side
Add dropshadow to your tube
Duplicate it, and click on the bottom tube layer.
Adjust
Blur
Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Now click on the top tube layer and change the blend mode to 'Screen'
Now click on the rectangles layer again.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat Selections - Invert
Click on your blurred tube layer and hit the delete key
Click on the top tube layer and again, hit the delete key.
Duplicate the tube layer

Mirror
Now your tube should be on the opposite side as well.
Now be sure your rectangles layer is active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.00
Add a new raster layer and lower it beneath your rectangles layer
Floodfill this layer with white Selections - Select None
With your white rectangles layer
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise Add Noise
Uniform: 35%
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Also add dropshadow to your orange rectangles layer.
3.
Grab your mask
Add a new raster layer
Right click that new layer
Arrange
Send to Bottom
Floodfill the layer with a color of choice
i used the same orange as used above Once floodfilled, right click
New Mask Layer
From Image
Find the mask in the dropdown
Source Luminance: checked
Invert mask data: unchecked
Click ok
Layers
Merge - Merge Group
Resize your mask by 80% and place to one side of your tag.
Duplicate
Image - Mirror
4.
Using your star preset shape, draw out some small stars ( i used the color black)
i did it along the top and bottom
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Paste the full size version of your tube now..
The pumpkins come with the tube i used, so i pasted them on.
if you are using a different tube, paste whatever pumpkins you are using now.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Using the font - Bank Gothic - type Happy Halloween up one side..
Duplicate it.
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Now add your watermark & Name.
All finished :-)
