Scrap Kit - PTU - Delicate by Clarey at Clarey's Designz
sparkle brush i used are by GxChic, not sure where she has her stuff anymore, i got through a Yahoo Group a long while back, so i cant provide them without her permission, sorry, but any sparkle brush or tube will do :-)

Cirrus, Weltron, Bank Gothic Lt, Redensek

Preset Shapes Used:
heart, circle
Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
New image 750 x 620
Open roundframe 1 and paste to your canvas
Resize by 90%
Open paper 11 and resize by 70%.
Using your circle preset shape tool draw a circle just a tad smaller than frame.
lower the circle layer beneath the frame layer.
Add dropshadow to the frame
I used: 0, 0, 45, 6.00
Open paper 7 , and resize it by 70%.
Again using your circle shape tool, draw a circle using paper 7, smaller then the last one
and over to the right
(see my tag for reference, if needed)
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer & floodfill with white
Selections - None
Now lower this layer beneath the flower paper circle layer you just made.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform 40%
Add dropshadow to both circles, same as before.
Open up the ribbon heart1 and paste to your canvas
resize by 70%.
Using your raster deform tool, rotate the heart to the left some.
Using your magic wand, click inside the ribbon heart
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Add a new raster layer - and lower this layer beneath the ribbon heart
Flood fill it with #50acdb
Click on the ribbon heart layer and add dropshadow, same as before.
Now paste your tube onto the canvas, and move this layer just above the blue floodfilled layer.
Add dropshadow to the tube and place it exactly where you want it.
Click on the blue floodfilled layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Duplicate the tube layer.
On the bottom layer, Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
On the top tube layer, change the blend mode to Screen.

Using your circle preset shape tool again, color: #242422
Draw out a circle to the right of the tag
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with white
Selections - Select None
Lower this layer beneath the black circle layer.
Add noise with same settings as before.
Add dropshadow to the noise circle.
Now click on the black circle again.
Using font of choice ( i used redensek ) with two different colors
type out life is divine until your black circle is covered.
Add slight dropshadow if you like.
Convert to a raster layer.
Click on the black circle layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now click on the text layer, and hit the delete key on the keyboard.
Add dropshadow to the black circle layer now.
3.
At the top right hand side of tag, using heart preset shape tool, draw a white heart out
(see my tag for size reference)
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 5
Add a new raster layer & floodfill with #50acdb
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Fritillary - default settings
Add dropshadow to both hearts
Duplicate them
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Now, using the color #fd7b9b, draw out hearts on the opposite sides of the blue hearts you drew.
Use the raster deform tool to rotate them a lil, then add dropshadow.
Now add fabricflower1, doodleart, heartstitch2, and sparkles

Open the mask by Sunf
Add a new raster layer, and floodfill using color #50acdb
Right click that layer - Arrange - Send to Bottom
Flood fill with a color of choice from your tube.
Right click the layer again.
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - unchecked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Using font of choice (i used Cirrus) type out the text "life is"
add glow & drop shadow of choice.
Now open the font for the word "beautiful" (i used Bank Gothic Lt)
Now, using circle preset shape tool, draw out a circle just slightly bigger than the white noise circle
behind the black circle we did earlier.
Do not change it to a raster layer, leave it as a vector.
Add a new raster layer and move your mouse to the edge of the circle you just drew
when you see the letter A appear, click the circle and start typing the word beautiful.
it should take the shape of the vector circle.
Convert your text to a raster layer and delete the vector circle.
Add dropshadow to the text.
Now add watermark, save your template - then add your name
(i used Weltron for the name)
