Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
Open the template by Missy in PSP.
Shift D to duplicate it, close off the original.
Delete the watermark layer.
Image - Canvas Size
Width: 750 Height: 580
Now click on the background layer, floodfill with white to fill it all in.
On the template, click on "frame2background"
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Add new raster layer - Flood fill with color of choice ( i used #dbe7a7 )
Selections - Select None.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width: 2
Opacity: 30
Color: White
Horizontal: checked
Light from left/top: checked
Now, repeat the same steps but with "frame 1 background"
Hide the original 'frame1background' and 'frame2background'
Now, paste your tube onto your canvas, add dropshadow.
I used
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 40
Blur - 4.00
Duplicate it, & hide one of the tube layers.
Place the tube over top of one of your floodfilled background layers.
Once you have it where you want it, click on the background layer, to make it active.
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the delete key.
Now repeat same steps with your hidden tube with the 2nd background layer.

Click on "frame2" layer, open up color or paper of choice. ( i used CS_lovemetender_paper4 )
Resize it by 60%.
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Add new raster layer, flood fill using chosen paper or color.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Repeat same steps with "frame1" layer.
Hide the original frame layers from template.
Open CS_lovemetender_paper1 . Resize by 60%.
Using same steps as above, again, floodfill the "rectangle" layer.
Also, floodfill the heart & lines layers using CS_lovemetender_paper2.
I lowered the lines layer to the very bottom layer here.
Once you are happy with how the template turned out, you can delete all the hidden original layers.
Hide your background layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide your background layer.
Rename your template layer "template"

Using your Preset Shape Tool, select circle.
Open up CS_lovemetender_paper6 in PSP and add to Material Pallette.
Click on lines layer, draw a decent size circle shape just above this layer so its beneath template.
Add dropshadow (same as before) - see my tag for reference.
Now, open CS_lovemetender_paper12, and add it to Material Pallette.
Using circle Preset Shape, i set mine to oval this time.
Draw out 2 ovals using this paper, i put one just above previous circle, and then one beneath.
Again, see my tag for reference.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Click on the top oval layer, and set your Preset Shape Tool to rectangle.
Using color #bc1c25, draw out a rectangle, like mine.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width: 4
Opacity: 30
Color: White
Horizontal: checked
Light from Left/Top: checked
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Lastly, open CS_lovemetender_paper19
Using rectangle Preset Shape Tool, draw out some smaller rectangles between circle layers and lines layer.
See my tag for reference (striped paper).
Add dropshadow.
4.
Now is where I added all the extras..
Open flowers, key, leaves, wireheart, resize as needed and add where you like on tag.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Open your mask in PSP from supplies.
Add a new raster layer.
Floodfill this layer using color of choice ( I used #a5ded8)
Lower this layer to just above the background layer.
Right click on the flood filled layer.
New Mask Layer - From Image
select Becky_Mask042
Source Luminance Checked
Invert Mask Data Unchecked
Click ok.
Right click mask layer, Merge, Merge Group.
Rename this layer "Mask Layer"
Resize your mask by 70%, move it to the left of your tag.
(see my tag for reference)
Right click your mask layer in layer pallette and choose duplicate.
Move the duplicated layer to the right of your tag..
5.
Now, using alpha in the kit, open up a letter of choice. i used "g" for girl.
Resize it by 40% and place it near bottom of the tag.
Using a font of choice, ( i used Jigga Jigga ) , type out the rest of the world girl.
i also used AtLastGreeting for the word 'loved' and Bank Gothic for the '100%' .
Using heart Preset Shape Tool, i drew a small heart above the red heart.
Add dropshadow, same as before.
Add your tube to the right of tag.
Add watermark & name (i used Mandingo for name)
All finished !
