Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

1.
Open up Music_WithTheDJ_frame2 from Melissa's kit.
Resize the frame by 90%.
Image - Canvas Size - 770 x 620 pixels.
Choose a color from the kit - and using white, make a gradient with it
i used #1a959e - Style: Linear Angle: 43 Repeats: 3
Now using your Magic Wand, click the inside of the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Add a new raster layer & floodfill using your gradient
Selections - None
Lower the gradient filled layer beneath your frame.
Open your tube of choice in PSP. Add dropshadow to it.
(i used 0,0,50,5.00)
Place it where you want it, and lower it beneath the frame layer.
Click on your frame layer to make it active.
Now once again, using your Magic Wand, click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - None.

Duplicate the tube layer.
Click on the bottom tube layer.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Click on the top tube layer & change the blend mode to Screen.

2.
Using your freehand selection tool, draw around the empty space betwen the bracket and the frame .
Add a new raster layer and flood fill the selection with a color of choice (i used #ff7258)
Do the same to the other side, it just helps fill in that gap with some color.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform - 25%
Lower the layers beneath the frame layer, if they arent already.

Open up Music_WithTheDJ_elements2
Add the disco ball to your tag, to the right upper corner of your frame, but just beneath the frame layer. (see my tag for reference)
Open up the frame i supplied, in the supply zip.
Duplicate it and place them both where you want them, beneath the main frame layer.
(see my tag for reference)
If you haven't loaded the brush yet, do so now.
using a color, gradient or pattern of choice, fill the frames we just added.
Click on your filled layers,
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Now use the brush in the selected area.
Selections - None.
Add a dropshadow to the frames now, if you like.
Using a font of choice ( i used Redensek size: 9) type in music nerd between the dotted lines on the small frames.

3.
Now using your papers of choice from the kit, draw some rectangle shapes using your rectangle preset shape tool.
Lower these layers beneath all the other layers by right clicking the layer: Arrange - Send to Bottom.
Add dropshadow to them, (same as before)
Also using your circle preset shape, draw out a couple of circles.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform - 30%
Add dropshadow and place the circles where you want them.
(see my tag for reference)

Using your star preset shape tool, draw the star (i used black) .
Convert to a raster layer.
Using your raster deform tool, turn the star to an angle.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with a color of choice (i used #1a959e)
Selections - None
Lower this layer just beneath the black star layer
Add Noise & Add dropshadow (same as above for both)

4.
Now, open up elements from Melissa's kit that you want to add.
then using a font of choice, type in the text (i used music genres) with Bank Gothic Lt.
Using the star preset shape tool, i drew some small black stars in various places on the tag as well.

Lastly, grab your mask & open it up in PSP.
Open up your mask in PSP
Add a new raster layer.
Right click that layer - Arrange - Send to Bottom
Flood fill with a color of choice from your tube.
Right click the layer again.
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - checked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Place your mask to one side, Duplicate it and move over to other side.

Now place your tube on your tag.
Add your watermark, name (weltron font)...all finished :-)
