Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
New Image - 850 x 550 - transparent background
Open the paper sb_pmt_naughty-list-pp8
add to your material pallette
Using your circle preset shape, draw out two circles, side by side.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Contract by 15
Keep the circles selected, and add a new raster layer.
Floodfill this layer with white.
repeat the same selection process, again contracting by 15
Add a new raster layer again, but this time open the paper sb_pmt_naughty-list-pp3.
Floodfill the layer using this paper.
Add a dropshadow
I used:
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 45
Blur - 6.00
Click on the white circle layer to make it active
Effects - Plugins
DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Intensity: 39
with "mix" checked
Add same dropshadow as before.
Also add dropshadow to the red circle layers.
Open paper tk-naughtylist-blackpaper.
Draw out two smaller size circles using that paper, in the center of the green paper circles.
In your material pallette, using your dropper tool, click on Foreground and Stroke Properties.
Change the color to #d05290
In the upperhand right corner, click on Textures so it's ticked.
Then in the dropdown right beneath it, find "grid" .
Angle: 0
Scale: 45
Now make sure your small black circles layer is active.
Selections - All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Click on your floodfill tool and fill the selection using your grid texture.
Selections - Select None
Add dropshadow (same as before)
Layers - Merge Visible.

Open the paper tk-naughtylist-greenpaper.
Now using your rectangle preset shape, draw out a white rectangle
(see my tag for size reference)
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 7
Add a new raster, and floodfill the new layer using the green paper.
(do not add dropshadow to this layer yet)
Click on the white rectangle layer to make it active & add bright noise using DSB Flux again, same settings.
Add dropshadow , same as before.
Open up the mask in PSP.
Click on the green rectangle layer to make it active.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill it with white
Right click the layer.
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - unchecked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Now click on the green rectangle layer
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now click on the mask layer and hit the delete key.
Click on the green rectangle layer - add dropshadow, same as before.

Open the frame cc-frame-01.
Also open the paper tk-naughtylist-pinkpaper2.
Paste the frame centered over top of the rectangle layers.
Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Add a new raster layer - floodfill using the pinkpaper2
Lower this layer beneath the frame layer.
Click on your frame layer again, add bright noise (same settings) using DSB Flux.
Add a dropshadow, same as before.
Now, draw a white circle in center of the pink one you drew.
(see my tag for size reference, if needed)
Using the green paper you used for the rectangle, draw out a smaller circle.
Open the closeup image from the tube, and paste it just where you want it.
Add a dropshadow to it.
Click on the green circle layer, to make it active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now , click on the tube closeup layer and hit your delete key.
Effects
Texture Effects - Blinds
width: 2.00
opacity - 14.00
color - white
both boxes checked
Now, add dropshadow to both of the circle layers as well, same as before.
4.
Make sure the black paper is still open
Using your circle preset shape again - draw out a circle just so that it comes over top of the previous circles drawn, in the center

Right click the layer - Arrange - Send to Bottom
Duplicate the layer
Image - Flip
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 15
Add a new raster layer and floodfill using color #8fc937.
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Fritillary
Granularity - 5
Aggression - 30
Tesselation - 10
Add a dropshadow, same as before
Duplicate the green circle
Image - Flip
Now add dropshadow to the black circles as well

Open up the frame cc-frame-02.
Resize by 40% and place to left of the tag
Click inside the star frame, using your magic wand tool.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 10
Add a new raster layer and floodfill using the color #d04d8c
Selections - Select None.
Now, paste the tube beneath the frame layer but above the pink floodfilled layer.
Again, click inside the star using magic wand
Selections - Modify by 10 again
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Change your blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Fritillary
same settings as before
Hide all layers, except the star frame, pink floodfilled layer & the tube.
Make sure one of the 3 layers are active
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Now unhide all your layers again.
Duplicate the star frame layer
Image - Mirror
Using the rectangle preset shape, draw out a small thin black rectangle so it just overlaps the star frames.
Change your blend mode to overlay.
(we will be adding the text along this rectangle soon)
6.
open up the 2nd Vix Mask , #432
Floodfill a new raster layer using #ca3637
Right click the layer.
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - unchecked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Right click the layer - Arrange - Send to Bottom
(i resized the mask and duplicated three more times, moving to each side of the tag, but isn't necessary)
Open the tk-naughtylist-acryliclightframe - resize it by 50%
move to one corner of the tag
right click the layer
Arrange - Send to Bottom
Use the DSB Flux - Bright Noise on it, same settings as before.
Add dropshadow, same as before.
Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Duplicate
Image - Flip
Duplicate one more time
Image - Mirror
Now you should have it at each corner of the tag.
Add your candy canes, add sparkles.
Using the star preset shape, draw some small black stars in various spots on the tag.
Lastly, add your sb_pmt_naughty-list-flair1 , resize by 30%.
Place near bottom of the tag and add dropshadow.
Paste the full size tube to your tag now, place it where you like and add dropshadow
Now, using the font curvature regular, size type out the text "You said i should be a good girl this year"
use Bright Noise and add a glow, size 3.00 fat setting, white.
Add dropshadow.
Add your watermark, and name (i used Discognate for the name)
