This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
Open paper tk-peepshow-papercensor.
Using your circle preset shape tool, draw out a circle using the paper.
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer & lower this layer beneath the circle layer.
Floodfill using the color #e27ca2.
Selections - Select None.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Uniform - 55% - Monochrome checked.
Now click on the first circle (made with the paper.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 55
Add a new raster layer & floodfill with a gradient of #e27ca2 & white.
Selections - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer, lower beneath the smaller circle you just floodfilled.
Floodfill this layer with white.
Selections - Select None.

Grab the closeup tube (or whichever tube you are using) and paste it over top of the small circle .
Add a dropshadow to your tube & duplicate it.
Click on the bottom tube layer.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Click on the top tube layer now and change your blend mode to Screen.
Click on the top small circle layer.
Selections - All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now click on your tube layer & hit the delete key.
Click on your small circle layer again, and add dropshadow.
Now click on the bottom small circle layer.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise (same settings as before)
Add dropshadow .
Click on the bottom circle of the larger ones and add noise as well.
Then, add dropshadow to both of the larger circles, top & bottom.

Open up your mask in psp.
Add a new raster layer & Floodfill it black.
Right click the layer and choose:
New Mask Layer - From Image
In the dropdown select your mask
Source Luminance - checked
Invert Mask Date - checked.
Lower this beneath your circles layers.
Open the sb_pmt_peepshow_matting from the kit.
Paste to your canvas and rotate it a lil to the left.
Place it to the right (see mine for placement.
Using your magic wand tool, click on the outside of the matting.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 2
Add a new raster layer and lower it beneath the matting layer.
Floodfill it with white.
Selections - Select None.
Click on the matting layer and add a dropshadow.
Now hide all layers except the matting & the white floodfilled layer beneath it.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Unhide all your layers again.
Duplicate the matting.
Image - Mirror

In your material pallette, make a gradient using #e27ca2 & white under the gradients tab.
Using your circle preset shape tool, draw out a black circle.
Place it to the right beneath all layers.
In your material, tick off textures and use your grid texture, using #e27ca2 Angle: 0 Scale: 45
Floodfill the black circle using that texture.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 30
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #e27ca2
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise (same settings as before)
Selections - Modify - Contract by 10
Add a new raster layer again and floodfill with the gradient from before.
Selections - Select None.
Paste your tube above this layer (i used the closeup again)
Using your rectangle tool, color #e27ca2, draw a rectangle across bottom of tube (over top of tube layer)
Click on your circle layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer & hit the delete key
Click on the rectangle layer & hit delete key again.
Selections - Select None
Change your blend mode to soft light on the tube layer.
Add dropshadow to your 3 circle layers.
You can merge the layers and duplicate it but dont merge the rectangle layer..
Image - Mirror and then move it to top left of the tag, beneath all layers.
Then, click on the rectangle layer and Image - Mirror but move it near top of the circle (see my tag for placement).

Now you can open bits from the kit and add them to the tag.
i used the wordart (bad & girls), the pink flowers, xxxcharm, black glitter, & tickettorn.
Add dropshadow to them all once placing them.
(see my tag for placement if needed)
Using the star preset shape tool, draw out some small pink stars randomly around your tag..(i made 5 of them)
Add noise (same settings as before)
Using the rectangle preset shape tool, draw out a black thin rectangle just below your white noisy circle layer (see my tag).
Add a dropshadow.
Paste the heart accent i provided in supplies just above the rectangle on either side,
then use your eraser tool to erase the bit of the heart to make it look like the heart is going around the rectangle.
Add dropshadow to the hearts.
Using your font of choice, type out the words Misfitz Naughty Girls Club.
For the bigger font i used Weltron, and the smaller font i used Redensek.
6.
To make the text go around the circle:
Using your circle presest shape tool, draw out a circle, about the same size as the circle you want the text to go around.
Do not convert it to a raster layer.
Place the circle directly above the circle you want the text to go around.
Add a new raster layer, then using your font tool, click right at the edge of the circle where you want the text to start.
When you move your mouse next to the edge of the circle you should see a letter A pop up
click on it then, and when you type in your text it will go around your circle.
Convert your text to a raster layer, and hide or delete your vector circle layer.
Add your watermark, and your name.
All finished.
