Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
1.
Open up paper 1 & paper 19 from the kit & paper 9 from the add on kit
Using your circle preset shape, draw out a circle
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 10
Add a new raster layer
floodfill using paper 9
Selections - Modify - Contract by 25
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with white
Selections - Modify - Contract by 10
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with paper 19.
Selections - Select None.
Now go back and add a dropshadow to each layer.
( i used 0,0,45,6.00)
Click on the black circle layer.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width - 2.00
Opacity - 14.00
Color - White
Click on the white circle layer.
Effects - Plugins - DSB Flux - Bright Noise
45 - Mix
Click on the black circle layer again.
Using the color white, draw out a smaller circle, to the left of the tag
(see my tag for reference)
Add dropshadow.
Use DSB Flux - Bright Noise (same settings as before)
Duplicate the circle
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Now, click on the pink skull circle layer.
Open up paper 16 from the kit.
Draw a smaller circle, slightly overlapping the white circle you just drew, but above the pink circle layer.
See my tag for placement reference.
Add dropshadow, same as before.
Duplicate it.

Click on one of the white noise circle layers to make it active
Using color #55d155, draw out a rectangle (refer to my tag for size)
Convert to a raster layer.
Use the Raster Deform Tool to rotate it some.
open up the tube and place it where you want it, above the green rectangle layer.
Once it's in place, add dropshadow to the tube.
Change your blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance
i used default settings
Now, using the font of choice ( i used Redensek), type your text "rocker rebel" across the green rectangle.
( i used two different colors)
Add slight dropshadow (i used 0,0,30,3.00)
Click on the green rectangle layer again
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on the tube layer, and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Now click on the text layer, and again hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections - Select None.
Hide all your layers, except the text layer, the tube layer and the green rectangle layer.
Make sure one of the 3 layers are active.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide all your layers again.
Duplicate the merged layer.

Using your rectangle preset shape tool, draw a thin rectangle in white, across the middle of the striped circle.
Effects - Plugins - DSB Flux, Bright Noise (same settings)
Duplicate it

Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Contract by 7
Add a new raster layer and floodfill using #61cbf2.
Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Add dropshadow to all the rectangle layers.
Open frame 2 from the kit and paste onto canvas.
In your material pallette, add white and #f04dc4
click on the gradient tab and choose foreground-background
Angle: 1
Repeats: 5
Style: Linear
Invert: unchecked
Draw a rectangle using this gradient and lower it beneath the frame layer.
Open your tube, and paste it to the left side (also beneath the frame layer)
Add dropshadow to the tube.
Change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance
i used default settings
Click on the frame layer and using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Selections - Invert
Click on the tube layer and hit the delete key.
Selections - Select None.
Duplicate the tube
Image - Mirror
Click on the gradient rectangle layer
Use a font of choice ( i used Redensek) and type the words "rocker rebel" all the way across..
Duplicate it and move that layer down to the bottom.
Add a slight dropshadow to the texts (i used 0,0,30,3.00)
Now add a dropshadow (same as previous 0,0,45,6.00) to the frame layer.

Using your circle preset shape, color #ec50c1
draw out a circle near the top of the tag.
Once you have it exactly where you want it, right click the layer.
Arrange - Send to bottom.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 10.00
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
(Same settings as before)
Duplicate it
Image - Flip
Open Candy 2 from the add on kit and place to bottom slightly left of tag.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer and lower it beneath the candy layer
Floodfill with #61cbf2 and add DSB Flux - Bright Noise (same settings)
Add dropshadow to both candy as well as the noise layer.
Duplicate them
Image - Mirror
Paste your tube where you want it.
Open up the beaded string 2 and move it to bottom of the tag to cover up end of the tube.
Add a fat white glow using gradient glow, size 3.00 to the beaded string.
Add dropshadow to both that and the tube.
Now add the lollipops, tabs, skull 6, doodle 5, & music notes.
Using the star preset shape, draw out some small black stars around the tag in various places.

In your material pallette
forground & stroke properties : black
background & fill: transparent
Line style: diamond
Width: 2.00
Using your circle preset shape draw out a circle around one of the white noise circles
(the ones beneath the striped circles)
Right click the layer
Arrange - Send to Bottom
Add a slight dropshadow (i used 0,0,30,3.00)
Duplicate it
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Now, change the line style to solid again, and width back to 0
click the box that makes your background transparent so it's no longer transparent.
Using your circle preset shape tool, draw out a circle just big enough to cover the dotted circle you just drew.
do NOT change it to a raster layer, leave it as vector.
now, add a new raster layer just above that vector layer.
Choose a font (i used redensek again) and point your mouse at the edge of the vector circle you just drew
when you see the letter A pop up, click on the circle so it opens up your font tool
and type in your text , i used "rebel rock girl with attitude"
it should put the text in the shape of the circle.
convert your text to a raster layer, then delete the vector circle.
add a slight dropshadow to it (0,0,30,3.00)

Lastly, using font of choice ( i used SP Purkalator ) type out rocker on one blue rectangle, and rebel on the other.
i also used a heart preset shape to draw two little hearts along with the text.
Add your watermark, save your tag template
then add your name.
(i used homeboots for the name)
