Click on the 'pink circles-small' layer
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform checked and 35%
Add dropshadow (same as before)
2.
Now we're goint to make a gradient using your choice colors
I used pink & white ( #f666b1 & #ffffff ) - add the colors you choose to your Material Pallette.
In Background & Fill Properties, click on your gradient tab.

Add a new raster layer & flood fill with your gradient.

Hide your original layer - do not add dropshadow yet though.
Now while we have the gradient there still, click on the 'rectangles-small' layer on the template.
Click the lil arrow so that your gradient is in the Foreground & Stroke Properties of your Material Pallette.
Make your Background & Fill Properties transparent ..
Using your dropper tool, click on your gradient.
In the upperhand right corner, click on Textures so it's ticked.
Then in the dropdown right beneath it, find "grid" .
Angle: 0
Scale: 67
Click 'Ok'.
Make sure your 'rectangles-small' layer is still active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Floodfill that layer with your texture.
Selections - None.
Add dropshadow (same as before)
3.
Open your tube of choice - i used one with a closeup as well.
Paste your closeup on your template canvas just above the pink gradient circles which should be at the very top.
Place your tube over one of the circles exactly where you want it.
Add a dropshadow (i used the same again)
Duplicate the tube - Image - Mirror
So now you should have two closeup tubes, over top each of the gradient circles
Hide all layers, except the closeup tubes.
Make sure one of the closeup tube layers are active.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unhide all the other layers again.
Click on your gradient circles layer.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on your first tube layer - hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Do the same with the second tube layer.
Selections - Select None.
You can add a dropshadow to the gradient circles layer if you like.
4.
Click on the closeup tubes layer to be sure it's active.
Duplicate.
Click on the bottom closeup tubes layer.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Click on the top closeup tubes layer (duplicated one)
Change your blend mode to Screen.
5.
Almost finished, lol.
We're going to leave the layer 'pink circle-big' as it is.
Click on the layer 'grey circle'
Paste the closeup tube again, over top of this layer, i resized it a bit.
Add a dropshadow.
Now, click on the grey circle layer.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00 - change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Then click on the top tube layer - change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) as well.
6.
Using a font of choice, i used a pixel font - type Sassy Punk Girl across the tag. (i used two colors for mine)
Change the blend mode to Overlay & lower the opacity to 74%.
With your circle preset shape tool, draw out a few small circles beneath the template (see my tag for reference)
i used the color #f5f0de
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform Checked - 35%
Add dropshadow (same as above)
Using rectangle preset shape, color: black - in your Foreground/Stroke Properties
Background & Fill transparent
Line Style: Diamond Width: 2.00
Draw out a few rectangles, beneath the template in random places (see my tag for reference again)
7.
Open Kristin - PP - Skull 3 & resize it by 40% .
Place it at the top of the tag to the left. Add dropshadow.
Duplicate it .
Image - Mirror
Open Kristin - PP - Beaded String & resize it by 60%.
Place it just beneath the two smaller circles on your tag.
Add dropshadow.
Now open the full size version of your tube & paste it on.
Using your rectangle preset shape, draw out some rectangles to cover the bottom of her legs. (see my tag for reference, again)
Using the star preset shape, you can draw out some stars around the tag and on top of the rectangles you just drew.
Add a new layer and using the blanket of stars brush, place stars around where you want on the tag.
Lower the brush layer to the very bottom so its beneath the template.
Using your pixel font, again, type out the words Sassy Punk Girl , just over & beneath your dotted lines.
Using the metallord font, type out the words punk, at the top.
(Font for name is Metal As In Heavy)
Add your name, & your watermark.
All finished!
