Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

1.
Add colors black & white to your material pallette
Click on the Gradient tab
Choose "Foreground-Background"
(should be a mixture of the black & white)
Using your preset circle shape (set to oval) draw out your first circle, using gradient.
Add dropshadow
I used:
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 45
Blur - 5.00

Using oval shape again, draw out a circle using color #74c3ca
a little smaller than the last circle (see mine for reference)
-its almost same in height, but shorter in width-
Adjust
Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise
Uniform: checked 55%
Add dropshadow.

Open tk-gof-dots-paper2 from the scrap kit and add to material pallette
Again, draw another circle, slightly smaller in width, but about same in height.
Add dropshadow.

Change from oval to circle in preset shape
Using color white, draw a circle over top of the oval shapes
(see mine for reference for height)
Add noise, same as before & add dropshadow.
Now using same steps as before to make a gradient,
make one using colors #74c3ca & white
Draw another circle over top of the white one, slightly smaller.
Using a small font of choice (i used redensek, color black, size 9) type out the word 'diva' across the circle until the whole circle is covered.
Click on the top circle layer to be sure it's active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on the diva text layer, hit your delete key.
Selections - Select None.
Right click on the text layer and change the blend mode to 'overlay'.
Add dropshadow to the circle layer .

Now using the color black, draw one more circle over top of that one, smaller in size.
In your material pallette, using your dropper tool, click on Foreground and Stroke Properties.
Change it to the green/white gradient again.
In the upperhand right corner, click on Textures so it's ticked.
Then in the dropdown right beneath it, find "grid" .
Angle: 0
Scale: 60
Now make sure your small black circle layer is active.
Selections - All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Click on your floodfill tool and fill the selection using your grid texture.
Selections - Select None
Add dropshadow (same as before)

2.
Open the frame from your kit, tk-gof-filmframe.
Click on the black & white gradient oval layer.
Paste your frame just above this layer so its underneath the green noise layer.
(to the left side, bottom of tag, see mine for reference)
Using your Raster Deform Tool, turn the frame to an angle some.
Adjust
Hue & Saturation
Colorize
Hue: 130
Saturation: 115
Using your magic wand, and holding down your shift key at the same time,
click inside all of the little squares on each side of the frame.
Selections - Modify
Expand by 4%
Now add a new raster layer and lower it beneath the frame layer.
Floodfill that layer with white
Selections - Select None
Add noise - same as above.

Paste the tube you are using underneath the frame and place it where you want it.
Make your frame layer active again.
Using your magic wand, click on the big square of frame.
Selections - Modify
Expand by 3%
Selections - Invert
Click on the tube layer and hit your delete key.
Add a dropshadow to the frame layer.
Hide all your layers except the tube, frame and white noise layers beneath the frame.
Make sure one of those layers is active.
Layers
Merge - Merge Visible
Unhide the other layers again.

Now duplicate the frame merged layer.
Image - Mirror
Move it to the top right side of the tag.

Go to Effects
Texture Effects
Blinds
Width: 2
Opacity: 14
Color: white
Horizontal: checked
Light from left/top: checked
Repeat with the other frame.

3.
Click on the top circle layer.
Using your rectangle shape tool, draw out a black rectangle so it overlaps the circles & ovals a bit.
Using the color white, draw another rectangle , not as wide and overlapping the black a little bit.
Add dropshadow to the white rectangle
Click on the black rectangle
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Click on the white rectangle and hit your delete key on the keyboard.
Lower opacity to 60% - add blinds (same settings as above)
Keep your black rectangle selected
Selections - Modify
Expand by 5
Add a new raster layer and lower it beneath the black rectangle layer
Floodfill it with white
Selections - Select None
Add noise (same as above)
Add dropshadow to both rectangle with noise & the black rectangle.

4.
Click on your dotted circle paper oval layer and using your circle preset shape tool,
draw out 2 small black circles so theyre just beneath the white noise circle layer.
See my tag for reference in where i placed the 2 black circles.

Open up the flower from the scrap kit, tk-gof-blkflower
Resize it by 25% and paste it where you want it.
Then duplicate it and place the 2nd one on the opposite side, where you want it.

Click on the white rectangle layer (the one with the lowered opacity)
Using a small font (i used Fixed_01) type the word diva across the rectangle.
(i used color: black & size 6) and lowered the opacity to 54%

Using the star preset shape tool, draw out a black star over top of the rectangle layers.
Using the Raster Deform Tool, turn the star to an angle.
Add dropshadow.
Now, draw out a small red star just over top of that star.
Add noise, same as above, and add dropshadow.

5.
Open up the film strip (tk-gof-filmstrip) from the scrap kit
Resize by 65%
Using the Raster Deform Tool, turn it on an angle.
Adjust
Hue & Saturation
Colorize
Use same settings as before.
Click on the Magic Wand Tool and holding down your shift key,
click on all the small squares in the filmstrip. (both sides)
Selections - Modify
Expand by 3%
Add a new raster layer & lower it beneath the filmstrip
Floodfill using #75c4cb.
Add noise, same as before.

Paste your tube beneath the filmstrip layer, add dropshadow to the tube.
Now click on the filmstrip layer again, and using magic wand, click inside the three bigger squares.
(hold the shift key down to get all three selected)
Selections - Modify
Expand by 3%
Add a new raster layer and lower it beneath the tube & filmstrip layers
Floodfill using #75c4cb .
Keep it selected for a moment.
Selections - Invert
Click on the tube layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard.
Change the blend mode to screen.
Click on the filmstrip layer and add dropshadow.

i also duplicated the filmstrip a couple of times and pasted so only the corner of it shows in random places, below all the layers (see my tag for reference)

6.
Paste your full size tube onto the canvas, add dropshadow.
Open the heart accents from the supplies, and add to your tag where you want it.
Duplicate and mirror - and place the 2nd where you want.

Using the star preset shape tool, draw some small stars around the tag.
(i did some red and some black)

Now open up the wordart by Cin, paste it to your canvas.
Colorize it using Hue & Saturation (same settings as before)
Using font of choice ( i used Weltron) type out Spoiled over top of the wordart.
Add glow using Eye Candy and use magic wand to select the glow, add noise (same as before)
Selections - None
Add dropshadow.

All finished :-)
