Now let's begin , xox
Remember to save often.
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

1.
Open up my frame template from supplies..
Image - Canvas Size
750 x 550 pixels
Delete the watermark layer.
If you are planning to change the color of the blue layer, now is a good time to do that, heh.
Click on the glittered layer.
Add two colors of choice from the tube you are using in the material pallette.
I used pink (#ed90a8) & white.
Make a gradient using these by clicking the gradient tab (Angle: 43 - Repeats: 3 - Style: Linear)
Now using your gradient, draw a rectangle behind the blue frame layer for the top part of the frame, change to a raster layer.
Then repeat doing the same for the bottom part of the frame.

Open the tube of choice and place it where you want it beneath the blue layer.
Add dropshadow ( i used 0,0,40,4.00)
Click on one of the gradient rectangle layers you just made.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now click on the tube layer again, and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Selections - None.
Duplicate your tube layer and move this one to the bottom part of the frame.

2.
Hide all of your layers, except the two tube layers.
Make sure one of the two tube layers are active.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Now unhide all the layers again.
While your merged tube layer is still active in the layer pallette, Duplicate it.
Click on the bottom merged tube layer.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00
Click on the top merged tube layer & change the blend mode to Screen.
Click on the blue layer - Add dropshadow (same as above)
Now if you are content with it as is, Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Duplicate it - Place it to the left side of your canvas where you want it.
Image - Mirror - so now you should have one on the right side too :-)

3.
Using your circle preset shape tool, draw out four circles (colors of choice), one smaller than the other. (see my tag for reference).
i moved my circles up a lil so they were bigger at the bottom and smaller at the top.
Click on the middle circle layer.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Uniform Checked 25% - Monochrome unchecked.
Add dropshadow to all the circles except the very top one, as we're going to work with that one still.

Open your tube up in PSP again, add a dropshadow, same as before.
Now using a font of choice, type in "xoxo" until it covers all of the circle ..
( i used font: Redensek size 9, color: black)
While your text layer is still active, change the blend mode to overlay.
Lower your text layer beneath the tube layer.
Click on your tube layer
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Click on your text layer and hit the delete key (that way you wont see the text beneath your tube anymore)
Click on your top circle layer to make it active.
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Invert
Now click on the tube layer again, and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
With the circle still selected, click on your text layer, and hit delete again.
Selections - None.
Click on your tube layer & change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)

4.
Using color of choice, open your rectangle preset shape tool and draw out two rectangles beneath the frame layers (see my tag for reference - black rectangles)
Open up your mask in PSP
Add a new raster layer.
Right click that layer - Arrange - Send to Bottom
Flood fill with a color of choice from your tube.
Right click the layer again.
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - unchecked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Resize by 80% and move it at the top corner of your tag, Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - Duplicate that one - Image - Flip - Duplicate once more - Image - Mirror.
Now you should have the mask at each corner of the tag.
With the mask layer selected -
Selections - Select All
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
In your material pallette, using the color of choice (i used white) - use your dropper tool, click on Foreground and Stroke Properties.
In the upperhand right corner, click on Textures so it's ticked.
Then in the dropdown right beneath it, find "grid" .
Angle: 0
Scale: 67
Now floodfill your selected mask with that texture.
Selections - None.

5.
woohooo almost finished :-)
Using your rectangle preset shape tool, color of choice (i used black) - draw out a rectangle from one end of tag to other, overlapping a little on each side.
Then, still using rectangle preset shape tool, using a different color (i used #ec8ba4) draw another rectangle just beneath it, but a little longer and thinner (see my tag for reference)
i also used the circle preset shape tool to draw out two black circles on either side.
Add dropshadow (same as before) to all of them.
Open up the cone from Melissa's kit - resize by 80%. Add dropshadow.
Duplicate and add them at each side of the tag, like mine.
Open up the Lips Accents from supplies. ( i colored mine to match the tag by changing Hue & Saturation)
I added a gradient glow to mine - Glow Width: 3.00 & under the Color tab i chose the "fat" setting.
Add dropshadow and place it near the top of the tag, like mine.

Add text, i used Redensek font again, color: white size: 9 to type out 'i'm sweet like sugar' across the black rectangle.
i used Curvature - Regular size:30 color: black for "sweet like" at each side of my tag .
i used Arial Black - size: 28 color: black for "SUGAR" at each side of my tag.
(i also floodfilled using the grid texture again like earlier in tutorial to make the dots effect)
i used A&S Black Swan for the name.

Add your tube now , add dropshadow..
Add your watermark & name.. All finished :-)
