This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

1.
New Image - 810 x 600
Open ele37 (the rectangle window) from the kit & paste it on your canvas
Resize by 70%, add dropshadow
i used: 0, 0, 40, 4.00

Open the curtain (ele61) - resize it by 70%
move it to one side of the window - it will overlap
duplicate the curtain
Image - Mirror
Add a slight dropshadow
i used - 0, 0, 30, 3.00

Open the flower wreath now (ele35)
place it just over top of the window layer
using your freehand selection tool, trace around the curtains
make sure you have the flower wreath layer selected
hit the delete key, so you no longer see the wreath beneath the curtain, only at the bottom & top of the frame, because the curtain is sheer
(see my tag for reference)

Using your rectangle preset shape tool, draw out a white rectangle just beneath the curtains so theyre not so sheer,
it doesnt matter if its not the shape of the curtain, they cant be seen anyway.

Open up the wing, (ele6)
Move it over to the left side of the tag , so its coming out from the center of the window
Duplicate the wing
Image - Mirror
Add a slight dropshadow if you like
i used - 0, 0, 20, 2.00

Open up the keyboard (ele63)
paste it right over top of the wing layers.

2.
Open the ivy (ele8)
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90
All layers :unchecked
Resize the ivy by 60%
Move it down to the bottom and arrange it to the left so it comes out from beneath the flowers
Duplicate it
Image - Mirror
Now, i duplicated it again, then moved it up above the flowers ,
and used the selection tool to remove any ivy covering the actual red flowers.. just to fill it up some.
Arrange the ivy to your liking.
Lastly, i duplicated the ivy again and put it to each side, beneath the wings a lil.

Open up the rose petals, (ele65)
Resize them by 30%
I arranged the petals underneath the ivy and everything else at the very bottom
Duplicate

Open one of the bows ( i used ele25)
Paste it to the bottom of the tag, above all the layers

Open up ele4

Duplicate it

Duplicate it

Now it should be at each corner of the tag, move it around to show more if need be.

Open the butterfly (ele31) and resize it by 40%
Place near bottom of the tag on the ribbon
Add dropshadow

3.
Open up the white bell shaped flowers, (ele21) resize them by 40%
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - to the right by 90%
place them to one side of the tag, near the bottom, coming out from behind the curtain
add dropshadow , then duplicate it
Image - Mirror

Open heart string (ele57)
resize it by 40%
move it to the right of the tag, and add dropshadow
(see my tag for reference)

Open red rose (ele18)
resize by 25% and place to the right, just below the heart string overlapping it a little
Add dropshadow
Open the white rose (ele17)
resize it by 20% and place just above the red rose, so its overlapping it a little.
(see my tag for reference)
Add dropshadow

4.
Open up the Twilight tube
Resize it by 50% and place beneath the window tube
Add dropshadow to the tube

Open up the clock tube (ele34)
Resize it by 25% and paste it just beneath the red rose tube to the left of the tag.
Add dropshadow.

In your material pallette, add black in the foreground & stroke properties and white in the background & fill properties.
Click on the gradient tab and choose Foreground-Background
Angle: 1
Repeats: 4
Style: Linear
Invert: Unchecked
Draw a rectangle behind the window and the tube, about the same size as the window :-)

Open the sparkles, ele64
place it over top of all the layers
Now add a new raster layer and floodfill with black
Open up the mask in PSP
Right click the floodfilled layer
New Mask Layer - From Image
Find your mask using the drop down - Source Luminance - Invert Mask Data - unchecked.
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Resize by 60%, and move over to one corner of the tag.

Image - Flip
Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Now you should see your mask in all 4 corners of the tag

Using your heart preset shape tool, draw out a few small hearts randomly around the tag, where you'd like them.
Open the heart round frame (ele43) and paste it just over top of the curtain layers
i used the eraser tool to erase the parts of the frame i didnt want at the top and the bottom.
(see my tag for reference)
add dropshadow.

Use the rectangle shape tool to draw a thin black rectangle along the top of the tag.
Add dropshadow.
Using a font of choice, (i used redensek), type 'you are my life now' across it.
Now using the heart preset shape tool again, draw two hearts at each corner where the heart frame ends.
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Uniform - 40% - Monochrome Checked
Add dropshadow.

Open the white leaves (ele51) and resize by 50% and paste just over top of the heart frame near bottom
(see my tag for reference)
add dropshadow

Now open the sparkly diamonds (ele69) and resize by 50% and then move towards bottom of the tag too.
Duplicate them.
Image - Mirror

Using a font of choice (i used Weltron)
type Edward & Bella's names just underneath the black rectangle .
Add dropshadow.

Add your watermark, save your template now & add your name
(i used A&S Black Swan for the name)
